Karpal Singh Oh Karpal Singh!

I know I had mentioned not to expect any new post anytime soon, but whatever it is, I have to write this. I just have to.

Karpal oh Karpal. I don't know why he just had to go over the borderline. Why oh why? Tell me you did not belittle the Sultan of Perak and The Agong on purpose. Seriously, because if you did, I'm sure my people, in no time, will label you with names you might not want to hear.

Sure, I agreed when he commented "We are not living in the Feudal Era" but with all due respect we're still LIVING IN MALAYSIA. We're still living in a country where King and Sultans are being upheld as the highest authority. We're still living in a country where King and Sultans are respected and seen as sacred by many.

Culturally, my people are attached to them more than they are to any prominent political leader in this country. I don't know about Karpal, but personally, I'm willing to stand behind the Agong more than any of the leader despite the fact that I have never met or talked to the Agong directly. I'm sorry for Karpal if he feels otherwise.

Looking back to the history, this country was founded on the strength of the institution of the Sultans. Our founding fathers especially the late Tunku Abdul Rahman fought hard to ensure that the right and the power of the Sultans were not challenged before we gained independence. The only reason for Dato' Onn Jaffar and other Malay nationalist opposed the formation of Malayan Union was to safeguard the positions of the Sultans. At that time our founding fathers knew that when the position of the Sultans was being threatened, the custom and the religion of Malaya would be undermined as well. And in case we don't remember, vast majority of Malays were against the evil tactics employed by Mac Michael in dealing with Sultans. If all of these were not signs of how the people defended their Sultans, I don't know what were. And then suddenly came this guy named Karpal Singh who obviously does not give a thought on how much our founding fathers had struggled to protect the institution of the Sultans by arrogantly belittled our Sultan and of course The Agong.

I'm pretty mad to hear nasty reports on how some individuals demeaned our Sultans especially when it comes to Agong. It shows how these individuals have not become accustomed to the tradition and culture of this nation despite all the years they spent living in this nation. So it is quite ironic when the same individuals claim they are good nationalists of this Constitutional Monarchy nation when they actually have little idea (not to mention, little respect too) how influential Agong and Sultans are among many of the people.

As the Malay saying goes :

"..Terlajak perahu boleh diundur, terlajak kata badan binasa.."

Yes indeed he is responsible for his words. He can claim he didn't mean to insult the Agong, but mind you, to me, and quite possibly to everyone else, he appeared as if he did mean it. And there's nothing else he could do to undo this. He can say whatever he wants and he can deny as much as he could (He's a lawyer cum politician after all, what do you expect?). We'll never forget this biadap manner nevertheless.

If they want to take legal action due to his account, I would support it, for if they won't, it would allow others to make the same-Karpal unwise-remarks. It's like Domino Effect. If you allow one people to do it, soon the rest would follow suit. Of course, it's good to allow people to practice the freedom of speech, but tell me, to what extent?

I don't have to wait for any political party be it PAS, UMNO or PKR to defend our Agong. And they don't have to, because you know what, I just did!

Darn it. I should be studying for my finals right now instead of this! Haha! Tp x boleh tahan, jari2 aku ni gatal sgt nk luahkan bnde nih. I just have to blog this. Hehe..I was writing this post when I recalled the lyrics in our National Anthem "Rahmat Bahagia, Tuhan Kurniakan, Raja kita, Selamat Bertakhta!" And so indeed our Raja memang Selamat Bertakhta dari Zaman Parameswara sampai la ke hari ni (Wow! Nk dekat 1000 tahun dh rasenye usia institusi beraja kite. Bangga2! )

Final Exam is finally here and I'm out of time..!! Haha so much from a final year student. Aih...

Finaly Year Student yang Selekeh.

Mane taknye. Ni dah kali yang ke-7 aku tersempak dgn t**k terapung dalam jamban rumah (kt hostel) nih. Lepas dh buang ayak besar takkan tak reti nk flush weyh?! Kalau t**k tu same colour ngn air jamban (kalau transparent maksud aku) okay la jgak, tade sape notice, tapi dh memang fitrah najis berwarna bright (but not glittering hehe) nak tak nak mesti ternampak punye...aih.

Walaupun aku pernah tunjuk gamba tengah korek gigi (klw sape yg pernah tgk la), tp tadelah se selekeh orang yang buang ayak besar x flush kn?

Aku ingat kalau kucing pun pandai cover najis diorg dgn pasir/tanah supaya taknak bagi orang lain nmpak. Kucing pun tau malu. Nih nak kate budak kecik, masing-masing dh final year. "Siswa" lagi. Klaka2. Balik-balik aku jgak yg kene flush. Tak kesahla tu. Dapat pahala free ape? ( sbb menolong orang lain; tolong pam najis orang that is. hehe! <--knape perlu gembira? Spttnye bengang la kn?).

Can anyone, who happens to read this, help me understand why such behaviour (referring to -dropping bombs without the courtesy flush- attitude) is being practiced?

Aku faham kalau insan bertuah ni ikan emas. Ade short term memory. So maybe terlupe nk flush sbb terlupe yang die prnah buang ayak besar. Logik la jugak. (Aku rase krg smer dh tau, tp utk sesape yg x tau, ikan emas boleh simpan memori untuk 3 saat je. Gile lampi..). Tapi memang bukan ikan emas dh nih...nih dh mcm anak emas sampai najis sendiri nak suruh orang lain yang tolong pamkan. Aih...

Walaupun sampai sekarang tak dapat dikenalpasti sape pelawak (maybe die igt bnde2 cmni kelakar) nih, aku doakan supaye Tuhan bagi die petunjuk supaya lps nih die pandai menguruskan sisa-sisa buangan diri sendiri (Wastewater management kate bdk2 Civil). Dh 7 kali beb! Kalo sekali dua takpe. Nih kalo dh berkali-kali, mestila melekat kt memori. Sampai terbawak-bawak ke cafe bile nk mkn je terigt bnde nih...ah sudah..!

Seriously speaking, I have absolutely no idea which part of me that is naizzz......baikkah? aku kah Baik? Are you freaking kidding me? Hahaha....! How in the world they see me as the 'right' fella (or 'guy' as printed on the certificate) to carry such honor(or joke I may say)....aih...? Tapelah tu...

It's not that I'm making a big deal out of it, but...rase mcm bersalah (perasaan bersalah yg krg slalu rase bile hilangkan barang member yg krg pinjam-walaupun bole bayar balik tp x dpt puaskn hati member sbb diorg nk brg yg dipinjam. bkn duit...)

But I like it anyway and soon put it up on the notice board in my room...heh! Penghargaan katenye...

And there went apez bluntly commenting right after he saw it,

and I went,

Nak buat cmne, aku x bersalah....

And I recall how sapu was being more critical towards this-unbelievable (at least to me and the rest of my fellas yg rapat2nih)-but-true-event. Maybe sapu antara org yg aku slalu get along with sbb tu die menembak terus,

" Siap-siap pik (syapik, another surprised friend, apparently being sapu's room8), balik nih kito tunjuk belako bukti-bukti bg komiti tgk semula deh! "

and again I went,

" Muahahahahahahaha! "

There's nothing much I could do except to agree on what kind of person the rest of my fellow Jan04 mates perceived me to be...Kekekeke! (Hmm...I think they're right....or aren't they?)

p/s: Looks certainly can be deceiving. In my case however, that would not be necessarily true. I am what I am (as 'correctly' perceived by those who know me lah) hahahaha! Maybe krg patut syorkan Undi Tidak Percaya utk aku..anyone? XD

Bateri kamera aku habis

Sbb tu la x pat nk tngkp gmba bnyk2 wktu dinner. X kesah la. Seb bek ade additional photographer2 yg berlebihan dan berkebolehan. Boleh mntakkn diorg tngkp kn dulu.

Pastu lps dinner aku ngn room8 p detour sekitar Ipoh smpai la kol 3 (mane kteorg pegi Tuhan je yg tau.....o, Bali ngn Har pn tau jgak. and a few ppl yg lain-lainnye. X kesahla tu) Skarang ni rase penat. Dlm kereta td pker cm nk mandi sbb bdn dh melekit-lekit (sbb detour td smpai peluh2...aktiviti cergas!).

Smpai blek cam malas plak tetibe. (sbb tetibe aku terpikir psl projek PE, Reservoir yg x siap2, pastu bru terigt M'sian Studies test lg, rase cam malas yg Mega tu) Langsung amik air smyg (kire ok la, kire mandi jgak la tu) smyg Isyak pastu trus nk tdo. Pastu tetibe plak rase rajin nk tulis blog nih haa....Last2 roommate aku yg tdo dlu...ceh. Klw mandi td dh setel dh. Tp xpela, kang nanti ble tido peluh keluar balik so mcm aku rase membazir je klw mandi. Esok busuk gak.

Esok bajet bgn pkl 1-2pm. Pastu pg tapau mknan kt v5. Bwk blk blek sambil lyn south park. Lps tu esok bru la nk sibuk2 risau projek tu x siap projek ni x siap....Okay dh nmpk dh how it is going to be like for the next few days.

Projek2 ni klw x bg utk setiap course x sah ke? Tp org lain, klw kat luar punye la berebut2 nk projek itu projek ini (merujuk kpd projek2 kerajaan BN). Ni bdk2 kt UTP nih org bru bg 2-3 projek dh merungut. Truk btol la aku. Dh2. Aku nk tdo. X tahan dh nih..ah...
