The notions E, m and c in the famous equation E=mc2, made popular by the also famous Einstein, bring different definitions and meanings. c2 in the equation is actually a factor to convert units of mass, m into units of energy, E. Alone, the notion c is actually the speed of light in vacuum.
I'm not a physician
So, I'm not going to enlighten you with this knotty theory which frankly-up to this day- keep me puzzling. On the surface, yes I do understand, but to really (I'm stressing REALLY) comprehend what did Einstein mean by those 3 letters is another inexplicable story.
But let us talk about c. Has a value of 299,792,458 m/s, this alphabet has gained its reputation when no object in this world (and quite possibly no object in existence) can move with that kind of speed. That's the general view as far as all big hair scientists are concerned.
But lately, I found one thing to differ from this.
One thing that exists in much disagreement with the fact-no object travels faster than the speed of light.
One thing that is pretty much exposed to us all.
Gossip.
Not only it travels faster than the sunlight, remarkably enough it can move in circular motion too. Thus, the word circulate. Some people opt other words. Spread, go around, et cetera.
To some extent, it can cause you harm as much as the sunlight would.
Of lately, I've been harmed by Gossip. I'm not hurt. I'm laughing my ass off. I'm entertained. It just did me harm in the form of abundant attention and unnecessary interest.
Oh, these days, guys like to gossip as fairly as girls do. Guys however are less affected by gossip. As long as it doesn't breed 'umpatan' which finally will culminate into Fitnah. Oh, have you guys seen the film Fitna? That film sucks big time. You know, it's easy to take some pictures and versus and try to make people think they have connection to religion. That was what that stupid Wilderwhateverhisnameis trying to do. Ignorant people. Okay, da kluar tajuk.
Gossip will always be around. As long as it tickles the interests of the interested people who feels the subject is interesting enough to be gossip-ing about. What defines gossip anyway? Is saying good about oneself considered as gossip? Again, how do you define good? If I'm saying "She's filthy rich and spoiled" would it be considered as gossip? Because by my standard, being rich and spoiled is a good thing. At least for me lah hehehe (I'm not rich nor spoiled thanks!)
I mean when you're rich, and and your family spoils (translated as "provides") you with enough financial, material, or emotional support, you are actually in a good position to become a better person right? (Provided that all the supports are justified for your own use, and how you manipulate them for your own betterment lah of course).
Anyway, by whichever standard you use to define gossip, one thing for sure, Einstein had not considered Gossip when he was developing out the mass-energy equivalence theory for if he had, the equation would have appeared more or less like E=mGossip2. Gossip, does travel faster than the speed of light.
Indeed, Einstein hadn't studied Gossip.
