A magnet-like-bed, a cozy weather and a


week full of stressful assignments, plus a lil bit of unoccupied time (and a full stomach too) are all you need to treat yourself a very nice short (or rather long) nap....(I would rather call it 'membuta' instead..hell yes!) So guys, go to sleep whenever you feel depressed or stressful. Sleeping is the best therapy ever discovered by humankind for stress relief! The more stressful you become, the more sleep you should have. If you are constantly becoming stressful, then you should continuously sleep-tido tido tido selama-lamanye....(bkn suruh pg mati ye...). Here are some useful tips to help you get to sleep (stress relief)

1. Be sure to make up ur bed every morning, so whenever you get back to ur room completely tired out, your bed would always be ready to serve you....hehe...

2. Don't wait until you're pushed to the edge. Immediately go to sleep as soon as you feel stressful. This way, you don't have to suffer that much...

3. Always get heavy meals ( for dinner,lunch etc). Heavy consumption gets you to sleep faster (and makes you fat too!).

4. Sit with your body posture at its worst. Distort body posture helps you to get less oxygen during inhaling process. Thus, you get to sleep quicker.

5. Wear attires that allow maximum air flow....It'll create a very cozy environment and it lowers down ur body temperature perfect for ideal sleeping condition.

6. Don't plan when to sleep. Sleep at anytime you feel stressful. If possible, all the time....

Haha..Good for you! It has been a good practice for me. So far I have no complaint =)
